Innovative activities/methods for
teaching English from KG to Class VIII

Objectives:

 

This is an excellent workshop for teachers of English to develop practical skills/techniques for developing and using various teaching aids, materials, games, activities for improving all the 4 skills necessary language learning – Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. These activities will make learning enjoyable, interesting and fun.

 

 

Who will be benefited?

 

This workshop is designed for in – service teachers of language (upto class VIII), PTC, B.Ed., M.Ed. students. Parents will find it very helpful to teach their children using these activities.

 

 

Methodology:

 

l Grammar Activities
l Vocabulary
l Writing / Teaching poetry
l Games / Puzzles
l Comprehension (Traditional Format)
l Writing Activities.

This workshop will be conduced using demonstration method and the participants will be required to prepare and participate in the activities. It will be practical activities which can be implemented in the class room easily by teachers.
