Preamble : The world is going through a severe crisis. We are all riding the waves of adversity. No one will be able to ignore the challenges thrown up by this economic tsunami! How does one cope with the towering waves and the aftermath of its destruction? This is no place and time for the weaker ones.
The world is characterized by the four C’s - Change, Competition, Complexity, and Customer Demands. Anyone who is on the treadmill of life has to prepare himself/herself for the multitude of challenges ahead. One has to be equipped to face this world with break-neck speed. One has to look into oneself and decide the course of action after ascertaining where he/she stands. There are no short cuts to success. But, planning the way and going the way can help one in reaching the yonder horizons.

Objective : The one-day workshop deliberates on the challenges ahead and provides a self assessment technique and a plan to reach ones dreams. The relevant question - ‘How to become a professional so that others notice you?’ - is answered by providing “a route map to become a professional by challenging oneself and fighting frustrations during these troubled times.
Audience: The course is designed for Middle level Managers and Executives from the corporate arena. The sessions provide TIPs (Towards Improved Performance) to enable the participants to introspect and strategize their tomorrows and ensure re­charging of batteries to bounce back with renewed vigor and fortitude.

Methodology : The sessions are highly interactive with case studies and activities bringing out the best in participants. The entire design of the program is to ensure learning by doing and learning through fun. The participants will be made to rehearse the learnt techniques of presentation and persuasion.

 

Content : The sessions deal with:

l Profile of a Professional: Who is a professional? TIPs to be a professional by being a Visionary, Mentor and Total Quality Person. TIPs to know your Core Competence.

l Being Communicative: It is not about what is communicated. It is all about how one communicates. Communication is all about touching people and building bridges between and among people. The importance of body language in building and maintaining good relations is discussed and TIPs on effective body language are shared in the sessions.

l Being a Change Agent: TIPs on how to Unlearn, Learn and Relearn, Bringing changes without hiccups in the team.

l Being a Brand: TIPs on knowing yourUSP, BRAND matrix and YOU as a Brand

l Being the Team Leader Manager: Teams foster creativity. Teams bring in enthusiasm and teams energize the organization. Team Leader Managers are those who look at the organization at its entirety than piecemeal jobs.

l Riding the Waves: TIPs on Challenging Yourself and fighting frustrations. The how of riding the waves and getting noticed.It is important to believe that
